**You can size one down from the size chart for a more snatched fit but I don’t recommend to size down if you carry your weight in your legs and butt** 

For best accuracy in sizing, measure the biggest part of your waist and follow the sizing chart. Weight is for average heights 5’2”-5’7”. If you are taller, size down, if you are shorter, size up. Size up if you carry your weight in your belly. 3XL Fits up to jean size 20 AND 46" waist, if your waist is more than the item might not fit. See Size Guide
