When will I receive my item/s?

As the holidays are approaching, the times of deliveries with USPS will vary including Priority and Express.

Fulfillment is separate from shipping. Fulfillments take anywhere from 1 - 4 days (not including weekends) and on Holidays & vacations up to seven days unless the item is on PREORDER. If an item is on preorder, an ESTIMATE shipping date will be in the description of the item. Please remember I am a small business and sometimes receive a lot of orders. Please be patient. After your order is fulfilled, shipping usually takes about 3 - 5 business days with USPS. If you pay for Priority shipping, this also means your order will be moved to the "front of the line" and will be fulfilled first. Priority shipping takes 2 - 3 business days after fulfillment, Shapetasy LLC is NOT responsible if shipping takes longer than 3 business days.  Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. 

Priority Mail Express when available, shipping is 1 - 2 days with USPS AFTER fulfillment which is 1 - 2 days but I will try my best to ship out your item as soon as possible. Shapetasy LLC is NOT responsible if shipping takes longer than 2 days. Please contact USPS directly. If you placed an order with express shipping and your item was not received in 2 days, you can request a refund through the USPS website by clicking here or copy and paste this link to your browser. https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm#pme 

Once your package has been dropped off at a USPS facility or has been picked up by USPS, Shapetasy LLC is not responsible for your package. 

My package says "Delivered" but I did not receive the item.

If it has been less than 24 hours from the delivery notification, please wait another business day because USPS sometimes says they deliver the package to meet their quota for the day but they don't actually deliver until the next business day. If you still do not receive your package, please ask your neighbors if they received your package. Neighbors sometimes hold the package for customers since USPS sometimes delivers to the wrong address. If you did not purchase package insurance at check out (meaning you removed it from your shopping cart), Shapetasy LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  **Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. I am not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event an order was placed by a member of the household or other related/affiliated party of the credit card owner, the customer and credit card owner are jointly responsible for the payment to the greatest extent the law allows.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
